- Human Resource Analyst - Recruiter
Description
As a Temporary Human Resource Analyst - Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to partnering with hiring managers and ensuring an effective hiring process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity in sourcing strategies, and a deep understanding of modern recruiting practices.
Job Duties
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, assisting with screening, managing interviewing committees, and processing candidates through the business process.
Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the College to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
Assist hiring managers with coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring teams, as well as extending job offers.
Actively manage job requisitions and candidates in Workday
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and hiring processes
Maintain Recruitment Records by keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and feedback. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Attend college fairs, high schools, and on-campus recruitment admissions events across all three campuses
Work on special projects as requested
Key Responsibilities
60% - Recruitment, Sourcing and Candidate Management
30% - Manager Consultation, Relationship Manager and Guidance
10% - Outreach
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of prior-related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced Recruiter with at least three years of recent demonstrated operational level or technical recruiter experience.
Experience with a HRIS applicant tracking system.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding the hiring process.
Ability to manage high volume workload with competing and changing priorities.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access to include creating formulas and producing reports.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws as it relates to the hiring process
Ability to manage high volume workload with competing and changing priorities.

Ability to work with diverse groups and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Ability to provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding the hiring process.
