Location:Bratislava, SKAre you a dynamic organizer with a passion for driving change? Join our HR Operational Excellence team in Bratislava for a 12-month journey primarily focused on transforming how we attract talent, with opportunities to support other HR initiatives! This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition processes and broader HR operations while developing your project coordination expertise in a global organization.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator within our HR Operational Excellence team, you'll support our Project Manager in driving Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives while potentially contributing to other HR improvement projects. You'll be instrumental in implementing changes that enhance our people operations, with a focus on how we attract and secure top talent. This role combines analytical thinking with exceptional organizational skills to ensure project success through effective coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating activities primarily related to the Talent Acquisition transformation and potentially other HR initiatives
- Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Project Manager
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, organizing meetings, preparing agendas and documenting key decisions and action items
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk registers
- Assist with change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
- Collect and analyze data to help identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within HR transformation processes
- Help manage project resources effectively, identifying and flagging resource constraints to the Project Manager
- Adapt to evolving priorities within the HR Operational Excellence team as needs arise
About the Team
The HR Operational Excellence team is designed to enable the HR function to operate as a commercial, sustainable, and engaged division. It supports the Chief HR Officer and the HR Executive Team (HRET) through a blend of strategic planning, governance, and operational rigor. The team consists of various HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR admin teams, global payroll, people analytics and business managers.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Project Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar support role
- Experience with Agile project management and methodology
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
These are additional nice to haves:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Excellent storytelling abilities to transform complex data into compelling narratives
- Data visualization skills to effectively communicate project progress and outcomes
- Experience working in supportive roles within project teams in multinational organizations
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1800 and EUR 2900 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
