Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Development and Performance Support
- Coordinate the implementation and tracking of employee development plans, ensuring timely updates and documentation of key milestones and deliverables.
- Interface with team leaders and employees to monitor progress, compile reports, and support the effective execution of development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve internal systems and processes that support performance management and data tracking.
Organizational Culture and Survey Coordination
- Manage the timeline and execution of the company’s internal cultural survey, ensuring completion across all teams.
- Facilitate communication, scheduling, and tracking of survey-related activities, including team structure confirmation and debrief status.
- Maintain oversight of project checklists and ensure alignment with organizational timelines.
Team Collaboration and Internal Operations
- Work closely with HR team members to support department-wide initiatives and maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Contribute to internal communications, scheduling, and process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Support strategic planning and execution by providing accurate data and insights to inform decision-making.
General HR Administrative Support
- Manage HR department calendars and schedules.
- Maintain HR files, documents, and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Ad Hoc HR projects and initiatives
- Participate in as needed to ensure timely execution and alignment with HR leaders and organizational priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with internal communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in-person on a full-time basis.
It is possible to have additional leadership opportunities as part of a consulting team being a course manager.
