As a Technical Project Management Analyst, you will provide critical support to a team of technical and project management consultants to support EHR optimization and implementation projects.
You'll collaborate with team members to critically think and solve problems by executing on the implementation of effective processes and strategies for clients. You'll work across a wide range of clients and projects which vary in length and size.
As the Healthcare Technical Project Management Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams assisting with project planning and scheduling, identifying risks and solutions and maintain project documentation
- Gather and analyze project data, prepare detailed reports on project status, trends and risks for project delivery teams and leadership stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal team members during the project, including project collaboration tools, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
- Attend regular client meetings to identify and analyze key metrics for both internal and client leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (focus on Information Systems or Engineering preferred)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced or highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau or other data analysis software
- Willingness to travel as needed is based on client assignments
- U.S. Work Authorization required
Preferences:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous Healthcare experience with or knowledge of EHR systems
