Description
Are you a seasoned leader with expertise in regulatory affairs and associated disciplines? The Adjutor Group, a leading healthcare services company with a progressive, growth mindset, is looking for a Head of Regulatory, Development & Commercialisation (DRC) to lead a talented team of consultants and help shape the organisation’s future.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor staff working on projects across development planning and regulatory, nurturing an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Design and implement operational plans, contribute to business strategy and risk management, alongside senior leadership, and support business development.
- Work on projects relating to the overall development and commercialisation of therapeutic goods including medicines, medical devices and cell and gene therapies.
- Manage day to day HR activities for direct reports.
- Contribute to financial processes – assist with invoicing, budgeting and other applicable finance related tasks.
- Be the company subject matter expert on regulatory matters, presenting at conferences and seminars.
- Support the business development team in meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in life sciences (postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded).
- Significant industry experience in regulatory affairs, particularly within Australia and New Zealand (additional global exposure is a plus).
- A thorough understanding of product development and commercialisation, and commercial drivers.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
