Description
1. Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight
o Lead the overall vision and execution of the Special Services department across therapy domains.
o Ensure integration of clinical protocols aligned with BACB, WFOT, ASHA, and local standards.
o Oversee expansion projects and pilot programs to ensure timely and effective rollout.
o Take ownership of up to 20 ABA client cases to ensure clinical relevance and leadership engagement.
o Drive innovation in interdisciplinary care models tailored to community needs.
2. Project Management and Implementation
o Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
o Oversee clinical expansion initiatives, including affordable and school-based service models.
o Ensure timely execution of deliverables through coordination with cross-functional teams.
o Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and reporting for leadership review.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
o Monitor treatment fidelity, assessment protocols, and outcome-driven service delivery.
o Conduct regular clinical audits and ensure 100% adherence to ethical and organizational standards.
o Lead supervision protocols for satellite centers to maintain service consistency.
o Ensure all documentation (IEPs, assessments, reports) meets audit and regulatory standards.
4. Team Development and Supervision
o Supervise and mentor Deputy Special Service and Supervisors across therapy departments.
o Lead clinical trainings and certification pathways (e.g., IBT, RBT) for staff development.
o Foster professional growth through individualized development plans and performance evaluations.
o Guide career pathway progression and discipline-specific leadership.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
o Serve as the primary liaison for partnerships with schools, NGOs, and regulatory bodies.
o Lead interdisciplinary meetings to ensure alignment in treatment planning and execution.
o Address stakeholder feedback and ensure satisfaction through structured engagement processes.
o Support the business development team in program design, proposal development, and MOU execution.
Requirements
o Postgraduate candidate with a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
o BCBA licensed or equivalent, or International Behavior Analyst (IBA) certification with more than 4 years of post-licensure experience
o Minimum of 6 years and 1 day of relevant professional experience required.
o Proven experience in managing clinical programs and cross-functional projects.
o Strong team leadership, communication, and compliance oversight skills.
