Key Responsibilities - Fit-Out Project Manager, Saudi Arabia

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning, execution, and site coordination to handover, with a strong focus on interior and woodwork fit-out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, clients, sales, logistics, production, and site consultants.
• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan, defining work phases, priorities, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure all project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor the project schedule and budget; implement mitigation and change control strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address coordination issues related to manpower, progress, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary reports:
• Tools, Equipment & Team Requirements Report
• Project Installation Report
• Forecasted Bill of Services & Materials
• Outsourced Installation Cost & Supplier Evaluation Report
• Handle contract administration, including delivered work tracking, payment certificates, and follow-up on client collections.
• Ensure Health & Safety measures are effectively planned and executed across all phases of the project.
• Enter and update all project-related information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8-10 years of overall project management experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out and woodwork installation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Proven track record in delivering high-end commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of building contracts, scheduling, and technical project specifications.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, local regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure quality and timely project execution.
