My client is an estalbished and Reputable Corporate Bank Branch in Hong Kong who is now looking for a new Manager for HKMA Regulatory Reporting to join the Finance department. This position provides great working environment and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of Finance and work in a team of less than 10
• Preparer and reviewer or HKMA regulatory returns
• Work closely with the Head of Finance to support the bank's new products development and ensure regulatory reporting standards are met and compliant
• Support and and lead system implementation or HKMA related projects and UAT work
• Manage any new HKMA regulatory reporting requirements as and when requested and ensure efficient communication and implementation of new guidelines
• Coach juniors in the team and oversee HKMA returns preparations
• Support any other ad hoc queries and projects related to regulatory reporting Required

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related
• Qualified Accountant preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience in preparing and reviewing HKMA banking returns / regulatory reporting within banking industry
• Experience leading small or large teams is a bonus
• Strong communications/native level Cantonese and English speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and project management skills
