Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including new deployments, migrations, upgrades, and data center initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, resource requirements, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for clear execution and monitoring.
• Track project progress against defined milestones, identifying deviations, risks, and issues proactively while implementing corrective actions to maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (server, network, security, application), ensuring clear understanding of responsibilities, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Engage and manage vendors and service providers, handling procurement processes, reviewing deliverables, managing SLAs, and ensuring vendor accountability for project activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and clear reporting of progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency.
• Deliver comprehensive status reports and dashboards, providing insights into project health, resource utilization, financial status, and milestone tracking for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards, managing change requests through structured impact analysis and stakeholder approvals to prevent scope creep.
• Handle project escalations and critical issues promptly, facilitating resolution through effective collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to prevent project delays.
• Conduct project closure activities, including documentation handover, lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and transition to operations to ensure sustainable support post-project delivery.
