This is a fully remote position.
This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a pivotal impact. Mosaic is seeking a visionary Director of Learning to lead the learning initiatives that empower our people and transform lives. You will shape the future of our service delivery by creating innovative training solutions that enhance service quality across the entire organization.
You will elevate learning outcomes by designing and implementing curriculum and operational strategies, all while grounding your work in modern methodologies and adult learning theory.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Learning Leadership: Serve as a trusted partner, connecting business needs to learning outcomes. You'll design learning strategies using adult learning principles, develop onboarding processes, and lead the integration of training for newly acquired organizations.
- Learning Design & Development: Create a variety of instructional materials (online, virtual, classroom) to meet organizational needs. You’ll use instructional design methodologies to support knowledge transfer and continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback.
- Project & Program Management: Oversee all learning deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. You'll coordinate with IT and other project teams and implement organizational change management frameworks.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Build and mentor a high-performing learning team. You’ll coach team members to enhance their engagement and performance, fostering a culture that aligns with Mosaic’s values.
- Onboarding & Operational Support: Manage onboarding for service lines, ensuring smooth integration for new employees and aligning training with operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a trainer/facilitator
- Bachelor’s in Learning, Education, Design, or a related field (preferred)
- Expertise in adult learning, curriculum design, and spaced/blended learning
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
