Cadre is on a mission to simplify how corporate events get staffed. Our platform connects event planners with top freelance talent — fast. We take the messy parts out of onboarding, contracting, and payments so people can focus on what matters: running awesome events.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing company. You'll be part of a largely self-managed, collaborative team and will work closely with our account managers — but primarily with the account manager dedicated to staffing of two key large clients. Your main focus will be to support event staffing, assist our user base, help make the Cadre experience better for customers and freelancers alike, and assist with knowledge base and help desk duties to some extent as needed.
What You'll Do
Coordinate staffing for client events and assist teammates as needed
Get to know the Cadre platform inside and out so you can help users confidently
Build positive, helpful relationships with clients and freelancers
Share ideas to make our platform and processes better
Answer customer questions via our support desk — quickly and clearly
Keep our knowledge base organized and up to date (mainly Q&As)
Requirements
What You Bring
Clear, friendly communication — written and verbal
Comfort using tech and learning new tools
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail (you'll be juggling a few things at once)
Independence — you're comfortable managing your own time
Bonus: Experience in the meetings & events space
The Details
Location: Remote (Chicago area preferred)
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 depending on
Schedule: Full-time with reasonable workday, flexible hours
