- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure Madison features meet regional data privacy, financial reporting, and client communication standards.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of feature launches in APAC, including UAT, feedback collection, and phased deployment.
Training & Adoption
- Design and deliver tailored onboarding programs, teach-ins, and refresher sessions for sales, research, and operations teams in APAC.

- Facilitate feedback sessions, surveys, and postmortems to continuously improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Represent Japan in global governance forums and roadmap discussions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, CRM systems, or enterprise software.
- Experience in or exposure to Investment Banking, Fixed Income, or Equities businesses is preferred
- Proven track record of driving user adoption and training programs, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, especially in sales, research, and client engagement contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese.
- Experience with Salesforce, Madison CRM, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances in enterprise software adoption.
