As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will report to the Co-Head of Corporate Finance & Product Structuring and you will be part of the AXA IM Alts business unit.

DISCOVER your opportunity

Participation Management

• Manage investments in one or several of our operating platforms (c.a. ₠3bn of AuM), being the reference contact person between the platform (top management, finance department), AXA IM Alts teams and investors
• Supervise strategy, business plan execution, financing and investment performance

Corporate Transactions (operating platforms, partnerships and M&A)

• Manage financial and tax due diligence in collaboration with the transaction team
• Negotiate corporate, partnership, financing and management incentive agreements

Financing / Hedging

• Negotiate and implement external financing and hedging

Investment structuring

• Design and implement ad-hoc structuring for new investments

Product structuring

• Design, negotiate and implement new funds / mandates
• Provide support on existing funds / mandate

Qualifications
SHARE your unique expertise

Education and Qualifications

• Degree from engineering or business school, or top-tier university, with a specialization in finance or real estate
• Experience ( a minimum of 5 years)
• Previous experience in investment management, investment banking, audit or corporate finance consulting firms (ideally experience in real estate, private equity or M&A)
• Experience in structuring, negotiation and project management

Knowledge and Skills

• In-depth skills in corporate and market finance
• Analytical and modeling skills with excellent computer skills (Excel)
• Fluent in English, you will evolve in an international environment
