Job Description Summary
The Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) in the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS) at Miami University seeks a Program Coordinator of Experiential Education. The Program Coordinator of Experiential Education will collaborate with different groups to work towards common goals and support the expansion of Experiential Education opportunities at Miami University.
CCES is a growing office with an ambitious strategic plan designed to situate students for lifelong professional success. Our efforts in collaboration with Miami’s Career Community extend beyond the typical career center offerings as we strive to be the most immersive and comprehensive 4-year experiential education experience in the nation.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing, updating, and finalizing student submissions for registered experiential education experiences in the Handshake job platform.
Main point-of-contact for Miami University students during their internship experiences.
Maintain and update experience templates and surveys for the purpose of accurate and impactful data collection.
Responsible for the organization and implementation of internship resources on CCES website.
Primary stakeholder for Experiential Education programming and events on campus.
Partner with the Associate Director of Experiential Education with oversight for the CCES Job Shadow Program, in conjunction with other key Miami University Stakeholders
Assist Administrative Associate with the submission and review of experiential education registrations with the university registrar.
Assist the Associate Director of Experiential Education with the coordination of Internship/Research Grants and Professional Attire Grants.
Serve as the CCES representative for the Cincinnati Internship Networking Connection (C.I.N.C.)
Other Duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (by employment start date); or Associate’s degree (by employment start date) plus two years of experience; or six years of experience with increasing responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Career Services or similar office.
Advanced program and project management skills. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills congruent with collaborative management style.
Demonstrated teamwork and professional acumen,
Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with varying stakeholders and constituents.
