Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our on-site crew in the construction of steel buildings and the installation of siding and insulated panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel erection and field crew supervision. As Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance, and working closely with project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of on-site construction workers.
• Lead and participate in the construction of steel buildings and the installation of siding and insulated panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure precision and proper installation.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, team members, and attend safety and coordination meetings.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager and promptly address field issues or delays.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role within the steel building construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with metal building systems and insulated metal panels. 
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical construction drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate a crew.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
