Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting multiple security engineering efforts to deliver enterprise security capabilities. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert of security technology, overseeing major engineering milestones including the design, development, and implementation of systems, and reporting on key metrics. Job expectations include executing on engineering initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams, solving complex issues within one or more security domains, and mentoring team members.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Cloud Security Analyst to join our Information Security team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the security authority for cloud architecture reviews, technical risk assessments, and solution design across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Support and automate security assessments and governance using infrastructure as code (IaC) and policy as code (PaC) tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, architecture, and risk teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.
• Contribute to the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of cloud-native and third-party security solutions.
• Support remediation activities tied to compliance audits or third-party risk assessments.
• Conduct security risk assessments for cloud applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure secure design, configuration, and operation of cloud-native services.
• Provide expert support during audits, incidents, or regulatory reviews.
• Validate cloud configurations against security and compliance requirements across AWS, Azure, GCP, or other platforms.
• Monitor, track, and report findings from cloud security reviews and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Assist in developing and updating cloud security processes, procedures, and playbooks.
• Reviewing bank policies
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance or a QA-related role.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
