Dubin Research & Consulting (DRC) is the nation’s leading trial consulting firm, headquartered in New York City. We specialize in crafting winning trial strategies for attorneys through advanced social psychology, innovative information design, and rigorous research methodologies. 

We are seeking a proactive Client Development Marketing Specialist to support the firm’s strategic growth and marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and enhance DRC’s market presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development within a professional services environment and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative setting. 

Responsibilities 

Support the execution of business development strategies to drive client acquisition and growth. 
Maintain and optimize the firm’s CRM, HubSpot, ensuring the accuracy of client and deal data and reporting. 
Conduct research and assist with strategic client targeting and marketing list development. 
Provide comprehensive business development support, including: Preparing proposals and pitches 
Coordinating logistics and materials for meetings, conferences, and events 
Developing and updating website content and marketing collateral 
Maintaining experience databases 
Supporting marketing and thought leadership campaigns 
Qualifications: 

Based in NYC and able to work four days per week in the office 
Bachelor’s degree 
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or client relations, preferably at a law firm or professional services company. 
Excellent writing and editing skills 
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 
Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM 
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and client service 
Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks often under tight deadlines 
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary, incentives, and a merit-based annual bonus.
