Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Leading and managing the entire lifecycle of international Celonis use cases, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure, with a focus on achieving the goals of the digital twin initiative
• Collaborating with internal and external development teams to align project goals and deliverables
• Cooperating with relevant functional areas and business units across various countries to ensure effective communication and collaboration in process optimisation
• Leveraging data analytics to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, driving actionable insights and project plans
• Contributing to the strategic vision of the Celonis use cases, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Carrying out project management tasks and preparing regular project updates for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and mitigation strategies

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, project management, IT, STEM or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management and process/data analytics initiatives, ideally in an international context
• Knowledge of process analytics tools, such as Celonis and Signavio, is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of business analysis and product ownership principles
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus

• Multifaceted role combining project management, business product ownership and business analysis to ensure successful project delivery
• Exposure to cutting-edge process analytics tools like Celonis and Signavio, as well as ServiceNow and/or Jira.
