You will join the Services & Operations Excellence team and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team throughout the phases of creating our software solution: identifying requirements, design, development, testing and production start-up.

The main role is Business Analyst for the EBP project and subsequently to do configuration for the Service projects using their platform which requires some technical skills such as Python.

At the request of the project owner, and on the basis of the functional specifications issued by the business project managers or the business project manager, the configuration engineer analyses,

prototypes, qualifies and develops the new application software components in compliance with standards and procedures, as well as the desired changes to the components.

Analysis

-Understand and analysis the business and techinical needs from clients

-Participate to the project meeting internal EB Partners and with clients

-Participates in the functional and technical design of software solutions

-Prototyping the solution in collaboration with the project owner and project manager

-Justifying differences between requirements and the standard

Qualification

-Drawing up test case scenarios

-Testing internal developments

-Identification and correction of anomalies found during testing

Development

-Adaptation and configuration of the solution's application programs

-Modelling and configuration of processes

-Technical documentation (user manual)

-Participating in the creation of interfaces

-Participating in the production of user training materials

Skills:

Technical environment to be mastered:

Python, Jinja, Nunjucks

Technical skills

-More than 3 years' experience in the insurance/social protection sector (health and provident schemes)

-Experience of management software packages

-Solid experience of project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators)

-Strong desire to work in an intrapreneurial environment using agile methodology

-Strong interest in innovation and processes & knowledge of digital concepts

-Proficiency in a project management and ticketing tool (Jira/Confluence)
