As an Audio Engineer & Project Manager, you'll oversee audio production for advertising campaigns, manage project workflows, and collaborate with teams and clients to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, Music Production, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' professional audio engineering/production experience (agency/media preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, or similar
- Strong knowledge of advertising platform technical specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and clients
- Readiness to use AI audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Firebay, Artlist) for audio creation
- Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills
Your Daily Tasks
- Audio Production: Execute the recording, editing, mixing, and mastering of high-fidelity audio for digital advertising campaigns, encompassing voiceovers, sound effects, and musical compositions.
- AI Use: Use several of the company AI licensed platforms to develop compelling audio content that performs for our clients and campaigns.
- Project Coordination: Develop and maintain meticulous project plans, workflow protocols, and timelines to ensure the efficient delivery of audio assets.
- Client and Team Communication: Serve as the principal liaison for all audio-related projects, establishing clear and concise expectations with both internal teams and external clients.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous audio standards, ensuring all final deliverables conform to established brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with freelance voice artists, music composers, and other specialized audio professionals as required, negotiating budgetary agreements and contractual terms.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, analyze feedback, and recommend enhancements to operational processes to optimize efficiency and quality standards.
