About Us
Since 1957, our family-owned private practice has been a trusted partner to pet owners, known for our compassionate approach, exceptional medicine, and genuine community connection. We are proud to be an AAHA-accredited hospital, committed to the highest standards of patient care, safety, and service. For us, AAHA accreditation is not about prestige—it’s about ensuring pets, and their families receive the very best, every time.
Our commitment to these standards runs deep: our owner also serves as the current Interim Chief Operating Officer for the American Animal Hospital Association, and we have been honored as an AAHA-Accredited Practice of the Year. They also mean you’ll be part of a hospital that doesn’t just meet AAHA standards but actively champions them in ways that benefit both our patients and our team.
We also embrace AI technology—both to support our team diagnostically and to improve accuracy and detail in our medical records. Our AI-assisted record system listens, organizes, and structures your exam notes as you speak, allowing you to capture more complete histories and treatment plans with less manual typing. This means:
- Less time charting, more time doctoring.
- Improved record accuracy and detail.
- Better client conversations.
- More work-life balance with fewer after-hours tasks.
Our Team-Centered Culture
Here, collaboration is woven into everything we do. Doctors routinely consult with each other on cases, sharing knowledge and ideas to deliver the very best outcomes for our patients. We hold regularly scheduled doctor and team meetings to celebrate each other’s successes and actively seek feedback on medical protocols and equipment needs to ensure we are supporting both patient care and our team.
We believe work should be both rewarding and enjoyable. We regularly share lunches together and host fun, all-hospital events throughout the year to keep our bonds strong. Above all, we practice quality care over quantity—never compromising our standards for high-volume, high-pressure metrics. Our focus is on taking the time to provide excellent medicine with the full support of the entire team.
Reasonable Hours & Flexibility
We believe great medicine happens when doctors have the time and mental space to focus. Our daily schedules are designed with adequate breaks and timely closings, giving you the opportunity to complete records, follow up on cases, and provide patient care without staying up late every night. The goal is simple: to help you leave on time and enjoy life outside the clinic, while ensuring patients and clients get your best attention during the day.
We believe in:
- Collaboration – Doctors, technicians, and support staff work closely together and freely share expertise.
- Respect – Every voice matters, whether it’s a client, team member, or community partner.
