Join JPMorgan Chase's Wealth Management Solutions team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through high-quality, client-focused proposal responses. This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and support our continued success in the marketplace.As an RFP Associate in Wealth Management Solutions, you will manage, draft, and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, deepen your product knowledge, and contribute directly to the firm's growth by delivering high-quality, client-focused documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, including project planning, content proofreading and editing, and submission.
- Draft, edit, and tailor responses to client requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm messaging.
- Maintain a high level of competency when reviewing data, quickly identifying and resolving both data and format issues to ensure the integrity and quality of proposals.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment on messaging.
- Work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts across investment specialist and banking teams to gather information and validate responses.
- Assist with maintaining the SmartRFP tool, including user testing, access management, enhancement testing, and supporting SMEs with content updates.
- Review and proofread all submissions for clarity, grammar, and compliance with client specifications.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet high standards of quality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in RFP management or financial content editing.
- Minimum qualification of graduation in bachelors
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Investigative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with SmartRFP or similar RFP management tools.
- Familiarity with Wealth Management products and services.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed financial institution.
- Advanced editing or technical writing certification.
- Experience supporting global teams.
