Job Overview:
Keller Macaluso seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of legal experience to support our corporate, real estate, estate planning, and litigation departments. The ideal candidate is in good standing and licensed to practice in Indiana. This role requires a high level of initiative and foresight in completing assigned projects as well as strong research, analysis, legal writing skills, problem-solving skills, a dedication to client service, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proficiency with Clio, Microsoft Office, Adobe, E-filing, and Westlaw is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
Civil Litigation: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents; conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues; attending hearings, depositions, mediations, etc.; collaborate with managing attorneys regarding strategy and client communication.
Real Estate & Corporate Transactions: Prepare and review closing documents, coordinate closing process, and support transactions.
Estate Planning: Assist with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Client Service & Team Collaboration: Provide exceptional client service, collaborate with attorneys and team members, and contribute to a positive work environment.
