Description

• Coordinate relationship for AXA IM Shanghai (QDLP, WFOE) with third party service providers such as Fund Accountant, transfer agents and custodians.
• Work with internal departments to ensure accuracy of client information and the timely processing of client operations.
• Support on the booking of transactions between AXA IM front office systems and reports from our service provider for Equity/ Fixed Income, FX and Derivative asset classes.
• Oversight of 3rd party relationships.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators on the services provided by third parties in China
• Support Portfolio Managers, Traders and Client Group on operations workflows (settlement, Fund Accounting, Reporting...).
• Support Front Office teams on Securities and Cash positions.
• Contribute to enhance and secure operational process
• Contribute to the management of operational risks linked to investment management processes as well as new investment products and financial instruments
• Controlling and coordinating the reporting process as well as dedicated project work
• Implementation and coordination of reporting planning (periodic / ad-hoc)
• AMAC reporting submission and CRS filing related

• Handle subscriptions/redemptions and provide timely update to portfolio manager and trader;
• Monitor intraday cash flow and cash balance complying with internal guidelines;
• NAV validation- Reviewing and validate NAV from FA/Custodian;
• Management fees settlement
• Work with global/Asia teams to enhance operational workflow at Shanghai office;
• Support Risk Management to mitigate operational risks related to managed funds at Shanghai;
• Assist compliance officer in breach analysis and remediation plan;
• Review management/performance fee by Finance and/or FA.
• Manage client on boarding, client due diligence, KYC, and maintain accuracy of client information with transfer agents
• Review services provided by Transaction Agent, Fund Administration and custodian, and provide feedback to Asia Operations.
• Share the administration work with the team at Shanghai office

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 3-5 years' working experience within financial institutions, formal training with Fund companies, Banks, Securities etc are preferred

• Mandarin & English language proficiency
• Academic training in finance or accounting is a plus
• IT competency to improve efficiency
• Project management knowledge and experience is a plus
